| 1966 | Birmingham Office Opened MEFCO formed as a subsidiary Company Constant Air Systems purchased Ethne Engineering of Slough and formed a ductwork manufacturing company, "Ducts & Filters". |
| 1968 | MEFCO became an associate company |
| 1969 | Constant Air Sysetms toko over the family business of JW Cubbage Ducts & Filters name changed to Ductwork & Fabrication Limited and moved to High Wycombe |
| 1970 | Constant Air Systems took over control of MEFCO |
| 1973 | Casaire Limited formed as a wholly-owned subsidiary |
| 1983 | Assisted in the formation of EMCO Acoustics Limited |
| 1986 | Constant Air Systems developed the design & manufacture of pre-fabricated plant rooms |
| 1992 | Assisted in the formation of Environmental Cooling Systems Limited |
| 1997 | Formed EMTEC Products Limited |
| 1998 | MEFCO integrated with EMTEC Products Limited |
| 2002 | The Offices at Harrow and High Wycombe were amalgamated into their present offices at CAS House, hillbottom Road, Sands Industrial Estate, High Wycombe, Bucks |
| 2005 | The Birmingham office relocated to Rubery House Birmingham |
| 2009 | CASAIRE relocated to High Wycombe Headquarters. |
